We charge £25.00 for shipping on all large appliances such as washing machines, dishwashers and refrigerators via Furdeco within mainland UK -- if you live within one of our supported postcode zones (details below) then we'll personally deliver your order.
We also offer a range of recycling and installation services (installation supported only on some product types) available at the checkout.

GAP Logistics
To offer you a more personal and reliable service, we've launched our own in-house logistics team. We now handle deliveries directly throughout much of the North of England and Central Scotland, instead of using a third-party service. Please refer to our shipping schedule below to see if your postcode is covered.
You'll immediately receive your tracking number and estimated date of delivery via email and text message, along with follow-up notifications the day before with your time slot. On the day of your delivery, you'll be able to track the progress of your delivery in real-time.

Click and Collect
If you're local to our store here in Gateshead then you're more than welcome to collect your order from our retail store on Bath Road, just select ‘Pick-up’ at the checkout and pay using a credit or debit card via Shop Pay – sadly due to how Express Checkouts work we cannot offer Store Collection via PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Collection orders are generally ready within a few hours, but we'll send you an email notification when your order is ready – please don't come down to our store before receiving this notification as your item might be stowed somewhere we need to make accessible.
The Pallet Network
On some items, usually oversized items such as American Fridge Freezers or Range Cookers you'll see a small yellow message box highlighting that that particular item will be delivered on a pallet via The Pallet Network (TPN) to the nearest available kurbside rather than into your property.
Please ensure that on the day of delivery you are able to move what will likely be a heavy or physically large appliance from a pallet on a kerbside into your property before ordering. Unfortunately, TPN cannot assist you with this nor can they offer recycling or installation services so they won't be available to purchase at the checkout either.
Delivery via TPN is usually completed within three to four business days; this includes our lead time to prepare an appliance for shipping and collection by our local TPN agent.
Remote Regions
Unfortunately, due to the oversized nature of the majority of our products we're unable to fulfil orders which require shipping to any of the following postcode blocks, we're working on a solution for this particularly for Scotland since we're "as the crow flies" not a long away from much of the region.
For the time being, if you place an order and require it to be delivered to any of the following postcodes, we'll have to cancel your order and reimburse your payment.
