Grade A
Pristine condition, no cosmetic damage, or any mechanical faults.
Grade A is as close to “as new” as possible, however, even Grade A appliances will have gone through our 10-point testing programme, which for appliances such as dishwashers or washing machines, involves them being run with water.
So, regardless of what product type you’re considering ordering you’ll probably find some indication of it being having been used due to our testing programme.
Grade B
No visible cosmetic damage to the front of the appliance but some minor damage could be found on either side of the appliance as well as the rear.
Each appliance is photographed with helpful indicators to highlight issues so check each available unit for details.
Grade B appliances are considered “very good” condition and will have gone through our 10-point testing programme, which for appliances such as dishwashers or washing machines, involves them being run with water.
So, regardless of what product type you’re considering ordering you’ll probably find some indication of it being having been used due to our testing programme.
Grade C
You may find visible cosmetic damage on the front of Grade C appliances and notable cosmetic damage on the sides and rear, as always, we photograph in detail each appliance of this grade type with helpful indicators to highlight issues so check each available unit for details to find the one you’ll be most satisfied with.
Grade C appliances are considered “good” condition and despite any cosmetic issues they’ll function “as new” having gone through our 10-point testing programme, which for appliances such as dishwashers or washing machines, involves them being run with water.

We’re 100% confident in the appliances we’ve refurbished, regardless of their final cosmetic grade, to function as you’d expect had you bought a brand-new equivalent. Which is why we back all our appliances with a 1-year direct replacement warranty, just as you’d receive from a manufacturer had you bought brand-new.
Should in the unlikely even your purchase mechanically fail within the first year of use simply get in touch with us, the easiest means is by replying to either your order confirmation or sending us some of your details and of the appliance to hello@renew2u.co.uk and we’ll take it from there.
Shipping and Returns

But in summary, we charge £19.99 for shipping large domestic appliances and £5.99 for shipping smaller appliances, for the large appliances we have partnered with Furdeco who specialise in handling such items with delivery usually within a 2 to 3 business days.
Furdeco will contact you directly prior to making any delivery attempt to arrange a suitable date and time as they’ll deliver your new appliance to a room of your choice.
As for returns, if an item isn't quite right just get in touch within 30 days of receiving it and, in the case of large appliances, we'll arrange for it to be collected at the earliest convenient date.
