All our appliances are backed with our 12-month warranty, in the unlikely event something should go wrong we’ll replace or repair (whichever is most practical) your appliance for up to twelve months after purchase.

We have now partnered with Service Box who can offer extended warranties, please review any included documentation from your order or you can register your product with them using this link.

Absolutely, of course it can be quite difficult to price match refurbished appliances as each is unique but should you find the same appliance new elsewhere for less then let us know and we’ll look into it – similarly, ordering direct from us will always be the cheapest means of ordering from us so in the unlikely situation you see a lower price from us on our other channels let us know and we’ll sort that out too.

You can more often than not register your appliance with the manufacturer for special offers or usage tips and to enable any connected functionality, but as far as we’re aware no manufacturer will honour any warranties on refurbished appliances.

But you can register your appliance with our extended warranty service provider, Service Box.

We have a flat rate of £25.00 for large domestic appliances and £10.00 for smaller appliances such a Stove Tops, Microwaves and some Oven Hoods.

Delivery times do vary from region to region, typically you should have your order within 3 or 5 business days but we have much more information in our Shipping Policy

We often truncate model numbers from those the manufacturer provides to make them easier to handle operationally -- we routinely process hundreds of different models each week and having the same appliance entered 2 or 3 times under different ID's is quite time consuming.

For example Hoover-Candy appliances often end in -80 or -1/80 – this appendage simply indicates the origins of the appliance, which isn't of much use to us or anyone outside of Hoover-Candy.

We do indeed, we have a small retail store attached to our facilities here in Gateshead, for opening hours and directions check out our Retail Store page for details plus we often have a few appliances exclusive to the store.

The store does only have a couple of dozen appliances within it, if you are wanting to look at something found here on our website then note down the ID number, it's displayed on the product page as GRC-XXX-XXX

If you're ordering a large appliance such as washing machine or fridge freezer then yes, there will be an option at the checkout to select recycling for a fixed fee of £65 including delivery.

Unfortunately, we're temporarily unable to offer home installations on appliances -- we're working on resolving this as soon as we can.

We ship orders throughout Mainland UK via a variety of couriers, but if you're lucky enough to live in the North East, Yorkshire or Manchester then we will likely deliver your order ourselves via our own delivery network.

On some items, usually oversized items such as American Fridge Freezers or Range Cookers you'll see a small yellow message box highlighting that that particular item will be delivered on a pallet via The Pallet Network (TPN) to the nearest available kurbside rather than into your property.

Please ensure that on the day of delivery you are able to move what will likely be a heavy or physically large appliance from a pallet on a kerbside into your property before ordering. Unfortunately, TPN cannot assist you with this nor can they offer recycling or installation services so they won't be available to purchase at the checkout either.

If you live in our delivery network, e.g. the North East, Yorkshire or Manchester then this does not apply to you as we'll deliver these appliances into your property.
